Laptop available

The library has one circulating laptop available for checkout.

The laptop includes LibreOffice for word processing, creating spreadsheets, and making presentations. 
The laptop uses DuckDuckGo for internet searching. DuckDuckGo has improved privacy and security settings compared to other browsers.

 

If you want to save items, they must be saved in the folder labeled ThawSpace. You can use this folder as a temporary storage space without fear of losing your work. This is the only space on the device where you can safely store materials. Anything saved directly on the desktop will be erased when the computer is restarted. Be sure to remove anything in ThawSpace before returning the device to the library.  ​
